Tongue-tied when you are talking with the Service Manager about your car problem? No problem. Here is a list of common conditions and problem descriptions you can use when you drop off your car. And don't hesitate to print this off and use it as a cheat sheet when your car starts to do somethings and you don't know how to describe it.
1. ROUGH IDLE: The engine runs unevenly at idle and the vehicle may also shake.

If your vehicle displays any of the following symptoms, it needs to be inspected:

--The air blowing out of the vents is cool, but not as cold as it used to be.
--Performance is spotty or intermittent - it will blow cold, but seems to cut out for awhile before blowing cold again.
--The floor is inexplicably wet.
--Excessive noise when the AC is on.
--Odor - if it smells like a musty gym locker when the AC is on, have the system inspected right away for mold or bacteria.

Time to start getting the RV ready for the traveling season! Bring it in to have the oil changed and have an inspection so it's all ready to go. Now is also a great time to have the AC checked and recharged!
